HOW THE PGE AWARDS PROCESS WORKS

From Accomplishments to Recognition

The PGE Awards 2026 begin with a Member Accomplishment Survey, giving Official Members and Associates an opportunity to share relevant travel achievements, contributions and volunteer experiences from the award period.

Survey responses are reviewed by the Independent PGE Awards Committee as part of its assessment and deliberation process.

01 — SHARE YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS
Official Members and Associates complete the PGE Awards 2026 Member Accomplishment Survey and answer only the award categories that apply to them.

02 — REVIEW & SHORTLIST
The Independent PGE Awards Committee reviews the information submitted and identifies individuals whose accomplishments may merit further consideration.

03 — FOLLOW-UP & OFFICIAL NOMINEES
Selected individuals may be contacted for additional information or a short interview. The Committee then determines the Official Nominees for each award category.

04 — DELIBERATE & SELECT
The Independent PGE Awards Committee evaluates the Official Nominees and selects the awardee for each category based on merit, achievement and the relevant award criteria.

The PGE Awards are not a popularity contest. Completing the survey does not automatically make someone an Official Nominee or awardee.
