The Founding Date of PGE
Breakfast meeting at Antonio’s Restaurant in Tagaytay City with Riza Rasco, Dominador Buhain, Rambi Francisco, Dong Rasco, Jr., Felix, and Choy Nolasco.
The group formed and founded the Philippine Travelers Group, as it was initially called before it was changed to the Philippine Global Explorers.

Creation of FB Group
The Facebook private group was created by Riza Rasco as Administrator. Jon Opol became the first Facebook Group Moderator.
August 1, 2019
The Inquirer Interview
Founders Riza Rasco, Dominador Buhain, and Marcelino Mendoza were interviewed by Eric Carucho (Senior Writer) and Thelma San Juan (Lifestyle Editor) of the Philippine Daily Inquirer about the newly minted Philippine Global Explorers. The article was published on Sept 8, 2019.
