Eligibility
The Philippine Global Explorers community is open to all Filipinos who are residents of the Philippines or living abroad, Philippine citizens by birth or naturalisation including dual citizens, Philippine-born foreign nationals, and people of Filipino descent who have visited 20 or more countries and territories as prescribed by the United Nations or Travelers Century Club.
Those who are aspiring to reach this minimum number and have demonstrated a level of commitment of doing so can apply and may be accepted to the membership by exception approval from the Board of Directors.
Pricing & Process
Application Process
Interested individuals may apply via the PGE Facebook Group where a series of mandatory questions need to be answered. The authorized FB Group Moderators will review the application and approve the request to join the FB private group once the eligibility criteria have been met. Upon acceptance, the applicants will be recognized as Associates.
PGE Associates who wish to become Official Members will undergo an interview process with an Officer or a Membership Committee member (i.e. PGE Chapter Coordinators) to assess for eligibility, commitment, contribution, and good character.
Those who qualify based on the interview will need to submit an online Membership Application Form and pay the annual membership fee of USD$10 (PhP500). All membership applications would need to be approved by the Board of Directors during its quarterly meeting in order to be recognized as Official Members.
