Hi, I’m Mary Jane — also known as the Ultimate Raketera in Spain (because why settle for one hustle when you can do ten? 😆).
I left the Philippines in 2019 with nothing but a suitcase, big dreams, and a little fear (okay, maybe a lot) to teach English here in Madrid. My long-term goal? A shiny new Spanish passport — which is finally in process (hopefully ready early next year… universe, please cooperate!).

Just recently, I reached a huge personal milestone: I’ve officially visited 50 UN-recognized countries — with the United Kingdom as my 50th! 🌍✈️ From cheap hostels and airport floors to spontaneous food trips and dream cities, this journey has been all about hard work, endless side hustles, and believing that yes — you CAN build the life you want, one stamp at a time.
But this adventure isn’t over yet! Before the year ends, I plan to add 5 to 7 more countries to the list — including Ireland, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Brazil, Serbia, and Albania. More flights, more borders, more memories.
