Philippine Travel Masters

1. Submission of Intent/Application

Applicants must first submit their official intent or application to participate in the Philippine Travel Masters recognition programme. 

2. Verification Instructions

After the application period, successful applicants will receive an email from the PTM Team containing the verification guidelines, requirements, and instructions for the current recognition cycle. Verification requirements may vary from year to year.

3. Secure Folder for Proofs

Each applicant will be provided with a personal secure folder where the required documents and travel proofs can be uploaded. 

4. Proof of Travel

Applicants must submit sufficient and credible evidence showing that they have personally visited the required provinces. Evidence may include photographs, travel documents, tickets, receipts or other acceptable proof specified by the PTM Team. 

5. Proper Labelling of Proofs

Submitted evidence must be clearly labelled with the corresponding place and province. For example:
CHOCOLATE HILLS – BOHOL

Generally, one valid proof per province is sufficient unless additional or sequential evidence is requested for a particular verification requirement. 

6. Authenticity of Submissions

All documents, photographs and supporting evidence must be authentic and accurately represent the applicant’s actual travel history. AI-generated, substantially AI-edited or misleading photographs and documents are discouraged and may not be accepted. 

7. Completeness of Requirements

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all required proofs and documents are submitted within the prescribed deadline. Missing or incomplete submissions may affect the verification result. 

8. Evaluation and Verification

The PTM Team will review submitted evidence according to the verification criteria established for the current recognition cycle. Applicants may be contacted when clarification, corrections or additional proof are required. 

9. Verification Decision 

Only applicants who satisfy the applicable verification requirements will be officially recognised as Philippine Travel Masters for that year’s cohort.

10. Finality of Verification

The PTM Team reserves the right to determine whether submitted evidence meets the established verification standards. Decisions are based on the requirements and criteria applicable to the current year’s verification process.
