Manila, Philippines – August 2, 2025 — The Philippine Global Explorers (PGE), the first international Filipino travel community founded to connect and empower Filipino world travelers, will mark its 6th Founding Anniversary with a special celebration on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at 5:00 PM, hosted at Heroes Hotel, 1260 Florentino Torres, San Andres Bukid, Manila.
With the theme “Travel Souvenir Party,” this year’s anniversary will reflect the global footprint of its members. Attendees are invited to wear something they’ve acquired from their travels—a national costume, a souvenir shirt, a jacket with flag patches, ethnic accessories, or any item that captures the essence of their journey. The dress code is not only a fun twist but also a tribute to the community’s love for travel and cultural exchange.
A Night of Celebration, Reflection, and Fellowship
The program will include a mix of formal recognitions, engaging activities, and inspiring stories. Guests can look forward to:
- Opening Prayer and National Anthem to set the tone for unity and gratitude
- A Welcome Address by Dr. Rambi Francisco, current President of PGE, highlighting milestones, growth, and the community’s shared vision
- Recognition of guests and attendees, honoring the contributions of both long-time supporters and new faces
- A series of games and interactive segments designed to foster camaraderie and fun
- A video presentation showcasing memorable PGE meet-ups and events over the past six years, celebrating community growth and connection
- The formal Induction of New Official Members (those approved by the Board from January to June 2025), recognizing their official role in PGE’s journey
- An Inspirational Talk aimed at encouraging members to continue exploring, learning, and giving back through travel
- Project updates through another video segment, giving attendees a look into PGE’s ongoing impact in education, tourism advocacy, and community development
- The evening will conclude with closing remarks and a fellowship session, led by one of the Board of Directors, promoting continued collaboration and support within the organization

Purpose and Participation
The event is part of PGE’s ongoing commitment to not only celebrate travel but also to promote responsible tourism, community outreach, and global citizenship among Filipinos around the world.
Participation Fee: PHP 1,000, inclusive of dinner. This fee contributes to the event’s costs and supports PGE’s continued efforts in sustaining meaningful programs and partnerships.
