Manila, Philippines – January 14, 2025 – The Philippine Global Explorers (PGE) proudly announces an exceptional milestone by one of its highly regarded official members, Kach Medina Umandap. On January 6, 2025, Kach completed her incredible journey to all 193 United Nations member countries, marking a milestone achieved by only a few hundred world travelers globally and just three Filipinos.

Kach, 36, is now the first Filipino to have accomplished this feat traveling solely on a Philippine passport. Her final stop, Sudan, culminated a journey that began in 2009 with her first overseas trip to Kuwait. In addition to the 193 UN member countries, Kach also visited the 2 UN Observer States: Palestine and Vatican City.

A successful digital nomad and travel blogger, Kach has sparked inspiration far and wide through her platforms Two Monkeys Travel Group and Travel with Kach, sharing her passion for exploration and discovery.

Kach joins fellow PGE Official Members Odette Ricasa and Luisa Yu as the only Filipinos to have visited every UN-recognized country. Her accomplishment not only reflects her personal determination and resilience but also underscores the global spirit of the Filipino traveler.

She is an inspiration to travelers everywhere.”

Kach’s story continues to inspire adventurers to dream big, travel far, and embrace the beauty of the world with open hearts and minds, while also highlighting the importance of giving back to the Philippines—a value deeply aligned with the values and mission of PGE.
